Referral Program Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Entraview Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Independent Participant Status
You are participating as an independent referral partner. You are not an employee, agent, representative, franchisee, partner, joint venturer, or affiliate of Entraview, Daeda Technologies, or any related company.
You may not present yourself as authorized to speak on behalf of Entraview, bind Entraview to any agreement, negotiate on Entraview's behalf, or represent that you have any formal employment or agency relationship with Entraview.
2. Permitted Referral Activity
You may request that candidates submit Entraview.ai profiles as part of your recruiting or candidate review process.
You may refer candidate Entraview.ai profile links to Entraview for referral review and eligibility verification.
You are responsible for ensuring that your referral activity complies with all applicable laws, employment rules, recruiting platform rules, client policies, and candidate consent requirements.
3. No Unauthorized Advertising or Paid Promotion
You may not launch, run, purchase, or manage paid advertisements, sponsored posts, paid search campaigns, retargeting campaigns, display ads, social media ads, email campaigns, or other paid promotional campaigns using the Entraview name, brand, logo, domain, product descriptions, or referral program without prior written authorization from Entraview.
This includes, but is not limited to, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, X/Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, job board promotions, native ads, banner ads, and sponsored newsletter placements.
4. No Subcontracting or Resale of Referrals
You may not subcontract, resell, assign, broker, transfer, or delegate referral rights to another person, agency, company, contractor, affiliate marketer, lead generation vendor, or third party without prior written authorization from Entraview.
Only referrals directly submitted by you through the approved referral process may be considered for payment.
5. No Misleading Claims
You may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unauthorized claims about Entraview, the referral program, candidate outcomes, recruiter outcomes, hiring results, subscription pricing, payment guarantees, or earning potential.
Any earning examples, including references to potential monthly payouts, are illustrative only and are not guaranteed. Actual payments depend on verified qualified referrals, subscription status, and program eligibility.
6. Candidate Consent and Appropriate Use
You should only submit candidate profile links that were voluntarily shared with you or that you are otherwise authorized to submit.
You may not submit private candidate information, resumes, profile links, contact details, or other personal data in violation of candidate expectations, platform rules, employer policies, privacy laws, or recruiting obligations.
7. Referral Eligibility
To qualify for payment, a referred candidate must:
- Be a new Entraview user;
- Have been validly referred by you;
- Subscribe to Entraview for at least one month;
- Not have been previously claimed by another recruiter, referral partner, promotion, or campaign;
- Not be associated with fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fake accounts, or artificial subscription activity.
Entraview has sole discretion to determine whether a referral is eligible for payment.
8. Payment Terms
Qualified referrals are paid at a rate of $10 USD per eligible subscribed user unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Referral payments are processed according to Entraview's regular referral payment cycle, which is generally once per month. Payment timing may vary based on referral verification, subscription status, payment processing requirements, administrative review, holidays, banking delays, third-party payment processor delays, missing information, or other operational factors.
Your payment deposit details must be configured before you can receive referral payments. Entraview is not responsible for delayed, failed, misdirected, or rejected payments caused by missing, incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, invalid, or incorrectly supplied payment information provided by you.
You are responsible for promptly providing and maintaining accurate payment information and any tax, identity, vendor, or compliance information reasonably required to process referral payments.
Entraview may withhold payment until all required payment setup, verification, tax, identity, vendor, or compliance information has been received and approved.
9. Taxes and Reporting Obligations
Referral payments may constitute taxable income. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes, duties, assessments, charges, or other governmental obligations arising from or related to referral payments you receive through the Entraview Referral Program.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws, reporting requirements, registration requirements, invoicing requirements, and other legal obligations in your country, state, province, locality, or other applicable jurisdiction.
Entraview does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult your own tax, legal, accounting, or financial advisors regarding your obligations.
Entraview may request tax forms, identity information, vendor onboarding information, or other documentation that Entraview determines is necessary or appropriate to process referral payments, satisfy reporting obligations, comply with applicable law, or maintain business records.
Entraview may withhold, delay, or decline payment until requested tax, identity, vendor, compliance, or payment information has been provided and approved.
10. Violations and Forfeiture of Referral Payments
Violation of these Referral Program Terms may result in denial, withholding, cancellation, reversal, or forfeiture of any pending, unpaid, or future referral payments, at Entraview's sole discretion.
Entraview may determine that a referral is ineligible for payment if the referral was generated through prohibited conduct, including but not limited to unauthorized advertising, misleading claims, subcontracted referrals, duplicate submissions, fake accounts, self-referrals, artificial subscriptions, coerced signups, spam, brand misuse, or any activity that Entraview determines is inconsistent with the purpose or integrity of the Referral Program.
Entraview is not obligated to pay referral rewards for referrals connected to fraud, abuse, program manipulation, policy violations, or conduct that may harm Entraview, its users, candidates, recruiters, employers, brand, reputation, or business interests.
11. Fraud, Abuse, and Program Manipulation
Entraview may deny, withhold, reverse, cancel, or require repayment of referral payments if it determines that referrals were generated through fraud, abuse, spam, misleading activity, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, unauthorized advertising, artificial subscriptions, coerced signups, or other conduct inconsistent with the purpose of the Referral Program.
12. Brand and Intellectual Property Use
You may not use Entraview's name, logos, screenshots, branding, domain names, marketing copy, or other intellectual property except as expressly permitted by Entraview.
You may refer to Entraview.ai in job posts or candidate instructions for the limited purpose of requesting Entraview.ai profiles from candidates.
You may not register domains, social media accounts, ad accounts, business listings, or other properties that use or imitate the Entraview name or brand.
13. Program Changes, Suspension, and Termination
Participation in the Entraview Referral Program is offered at Entraview's discretion and may be modified, suspended, limited, or terminated at any time, with or without notice.
Entraview may terminate or suspend your participation in the Referral Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse, fraud, brand misuse, unauthorized advertising, misleading claims, violation of these terms, compliance concerns, inactivity, business changes, or activity that Entraview determines may be harmful to Entraview, its users, candidates, recruiters, employers, partners, or reputation.
Termination of your participation does not entitle you to future referral payments. Entraview may, at its sole discretion, determine whether any pending referrals submitted before termination remain eligible for payment.
Entraview may change the referral reward amount, eligibility requirements, payment schedule, enrollment process, verification process, approved referral methods, or any other part of the Referral Program at any time.
The Referral Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, affiliate, fiduciary, or exclusive relationship between you and Entraview. Enrollment in the Referral Program does not guarantee acceptance, continued participation, referral approval, payment, or any minimum earnings.
14. Agreement
By submitting the enrollment form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
